When to consider hiring us:

• If you don’t like the look of your exterior wood.
• If it’s been more than two years since you have cleaned and preserved your exterior wood.
• If you have debris between or on the boards (this can cause the boards and substructure to start rotting if left unaddressed).
• If you noticed growth, like fungus, mildew or moss on the surface or bottom of the deck or other wood (this is the beginning of rot and should be cleaned and treated immediately).
• If moisture remains present on the wood near plants or for any reason (this will cause growth to occur which can damage the wood).
• If your deck or siding is exposed to the sun for most of the day (this will cause the wood to dry out, crack, and eventually start to deteriorate).
• If you have a new construction project (new wooden deck or home with natural wood siding).
